Tried filling my ac with a little refrigerant...
My ac would blow kinda cold but no where near what i needed for this california heat. It was like barely cold humid like a little more cold than regular air.
I thought i was low on refrigerant so i bought this at auto zone:

I turned the truck on full blast ac and i noticed my ac pulley would cycle on/off every 3 seconds. I hooked up the can with the gauge and it will go up and down in relation to the clutch/pulley turning off and on.
I turned the **** counterclockwise to fill the ac at the low port and nothing. The ac does not want to come off the can at all, i was there for 15 minutes and no change on the gauge.
Then i unplugged it from the low port and i pushed in the valve port on the truck, the thing that looks like a tire air valve port where you hook the can to(low port), and it hissed and i let the air out until i could not hear air coming out anymore. Then my ac compressor clutch/pulley stopped spinning at all. Also my ac air inside the truck went from kinda cold to warm regular air, so now even worst.
Now i cannot get that pulley to start spinning again and when i hooked up the can of r134 to it, it still does not want to suck anything and i get no reading on the pressure gauge provided by the can.
How do i get it to suck in freon and why did the pulley stop? Was it because i let all of the air out on the low valve port?
Also i jumped the ac compressor with a wire so it runs continuously, hooked up the can again and it still does not suck and it still reads nothing at the gauge.

I jumped a relay from the under the hood fuse box. Once i jumped it, the clutch started moving continously but still no sucking refrigerant. What did i do when i pressed the low port valve and let out all of the air?
You jumped it from the wrong place. And you didn't let out air by pressing that valve, you let out R134a into the environment. Now you'll need more r134a and jump the compressor at the low side switch and it will suck it in . Unless of course the contraption you are using is a POS.

Make sure the seal on the can of refrigerant is broken like it's supposed to... I made this mistake and I took me a few minutes to figure out. With my setup I had to turn the gauge and it would pierce the seal. Make sure everything is hooked up right though. Just a thought.

I have never had to jump a switch, even on a system that is completely empty. The pressure in one can is enough to at least start the compressor, it may come on for one a second or two at first, but as you add more rfrigerant, it will start to remain on longer.
By jumping the switch it takes less time. No waiting while compressor cycles. Only jump it for the first can if system is empty. Also wear eye and hand protection the entire time.
To the OP, download the fsm. The green plug on top of the accumulator (next to the PCM ) is what gets jumped. Use a paper clip.
