Transfer case kwestion.

Default Transfer case kwestion.

is it supposeed to move easily side to side by hand?

Is what supposed to move easily? The housing itself or the shift lever? lol

transfer case should not flop around side to side.
it should be bolted to the rear of the transmission with about 8 small 1/2 or 9/16 nuts.

I got under there checking for u joint play and grabbed the yolk of the t case and it seems to wiggle side to side where it mounts to the frame.

sounds like your talkin about where it mounts to the skid plate. just check the bolts. it shouldnt move at all.
