Default Radiator cooling fan clutch

cooling fan turns with very little to no resistance (manually spinning) at normal eng temp as it does at cold eng. temp.I think there should be more resistance to manually turn the fan when eng temp is higher such as 210 degrees. noticed this when checking water leak at water pump. .I believe fan oes this sound correct to anyone?lutch is not working like it should and be replaced. does this sound correct to anyone?

When the engine is hot, you should barely be able to move the fan by hand as you're trying to turn almost the entire engine. lol

Not! Cold or hot, the fan clutch should have some resistance and not free wheel. Here I'll let napoleon dynamite splain.
