Default Dodge Ram going through blower motor relays.

About every month or so my Dodge's blower motor will stop working, and I can fix it by replacing the relay. It seems like after a while the relay gets weak and doesn't want to pull the contact closed. I can open the plastic cap on the relay and push the contact closed and the blower motor will work fine. The relay always goes bad while driving it, and when I go to replace it it's always burning hot. I've tried to trace a short on the wiring and in my blower motor with no luck. I've also tried different part's stores but I always get stuck with Borg Warner relays. No fuses are blown either when I have to replace the relay.

What could be causing my Dodge to go through so many relays?
