My girlfriends 98 SST needs tires but has 17 inch wheels and a neighbor gave me a set of nice 16 inch tires,going to put the originals in the shed until we get money to buy 17s so is there a 16 inch factory wheel that I can use for the time being.

 

1994-2001 1500 all had 16" rims

 

Yep, check craigslist. I got a set of factory 16" steel wheels with decent tires for $200.

 

I have since checked and found a set without tires.

 

Any interest in selling the SS/T 17" wheels? I'd be interested in talkin' to you about it

She wants to keep them,the 16 inch tires were free and planning on using them until we get the money to buy new 17 inch tires.

 

Well, in the mean time, before you get the new tires for the 17's, you can do some sick burnouts with it.
