Default electrical problem

I have a 1998 1/2 dodge 2500 with a cummins. I pulled the light switch to turn on my headlights and there was a spark and the lights went out and so did the dash lights and the tail lights. Now I replaced the light switch and the fuse, but I still keep blowing the fuse. Does anyone have an idea what it might be?

You have a short somewhere. Check the connector at the headlight switch first, they like to melt.....
