Default Loose rocker arm bolt

Am replacing valve cover gaskets and decided to check the torque on rocker arm bolts while covers are off. 2,4,6 were all tight 21ft lbs min. The very last valve on #8. the rocker arm bolt is quite easy to turn. Should i just keep on tightening until it's close to the rest? Once or twice a year will get a #8 misfire code. So i've always wondered if something was awry with the exhaust valve on 8. 140 is compression on that cylinder. Am I going to screw something up worse?

Nevermind. Used the common sense method and tightened it same as the others. Seems quieter. nice oiling.throughout.
