I am in the process of getting my truck back on the road after an engine fire. The fire melted 2 hoses on the passenger inner fender. They go down to the frame and IIRC they were just capped off(not sure tho they could have gone to something)

What are these hoses for? If they were just capped off do I NEED to replace them before I drive the truck or will it run even tho they are melted?

 

One was for the front axle, the other was for the t-case I think.
They're vents.
