Default Lift

Ok, I know this is probably a pretty common question. But right now I am looking at putting a 5" lift on my 97 Dodge 4x4. Specifically the rough country one, ill put the URL below. But in the kit I notice for the rear all I see is 4" blocks. Now I can't picture it sitting that much higher when they come with 3" blocks from the factory. So can someone help clear up how the lifts work with these trucks seeing how they somewhat already have a lift.

Pony up the extra cash and buy the one with rear lift springs, it will ride much nicer

Install instructions at bottom of the page. Could answer all your questions which is why they post them for folks to read before buying.

Yes you stack the blocks which is a normal practice. As others have said spend the extra funds and get the replacement springs.
RC doesn't sell a kit that offers rear springs so I would look for one that does. Also I would look for a kit that offers adjustable upper and lower arms. In truth you should get a long arm kit but that is just more money.
