Default Alt is not charging NEED HELP PLEASE

need help my 1995 dodge ram 1500 5.9 is giving me problem, i have a new alt, computer, harmonic balancer. my alt is not charging. when i start truck the battery's dies. please help

How old and what shape is the battery in? Have you tested it?

battery is brand new, PCM is Brand new, ALT is Brand new, Harmonic Balancer is Brand new

some told me that it might be the voltage reg but thats in the new PCM right?

yes, voltage regulator is in the pcm.

start by testing the battery using multimeter with engine not running. normal is about 12 volts.
with engine running and alternator turning, probe the large wire, verify about 14 volts.
next probe the battery again, hoping for the same 14 volts.

what are your readings?

wont stay charged goes died quick something is pulling the battery, but the alt is brand new and the battery

well heres the thing im having someone to jump me off. so as soon as the truck starts the voltage goes from 14 to nothing lol and it cuts off

could that be the problem the battery is not all the way charged? which i would think would not make not sense when the truck starts, the battery starts losing power anyways
