See if you are getting power on the pink wire first. If you don't have juice there, nothing else really matters.

No juice at pink wire at the cargo light or at dome light. Dome light has a pink and a yellow wire.

Need to find out why then. Grab the 95 service manual, and have a look at the wiring diagrams, it will show you where to start, and where the wire goes.

I too would go with the HL switch. I'd replace the door jamb switches as well. I've got a couple cheap HL switch's avaialbe in the FS section.

My 95 Ram I just got has a small metal toggle switch coming out of the side of the map lights. I bet it had the same problem.. Seems to work well though. If I need light I know to just flip the switch. It is very small, and looks ok...
