update: CEL turned off right before stopping at a red light, The engine started bogging and stalled and would not start. I had a buddy push me to his house where i parked the truck. I noticed that when i turned the key on i could not hear any noise/whine from the fuel pump which was normally pretty loud.

After that I basically was 100 percent convinced it was the fuel pump so i went out and bought a new pump dropped the tank and put it in. fuel tank looked pretty clean

Put it all back together went to go start the truck and once again didn't hear any noise from the pump but cranked it over and started pretty quick. I think the old pump was not putting out enough pressure and tricked the ecm into thinking it was running lean and threw a o2 code

The truck is fixed and all CEL's are gone.
