Thanks you 93grandzj. I like it loud so what is a good muffler if I want loud but get the backpressure I need to get the power back? Flowmaster Super 10?

Here is the real question: why do you want it loud?


What are you, 19, or something? I mean really, loud is what made me get what I got. I wanted louder than stock, but not obnoxious like all the other douchebags out there...

Think I'll put on a 24" Flow Tech glasspack. That article said that the "absorption" type mufflers are the best for performance, providing the back pressure needed at low rpm but giving less backpressure at higher rpms.

And Yes, I am a 19 year old Auto Tech student living in North Dakota. I don't live in a place where there are very many people to annoy and I've had my D straight piped for years with no complaints, to me it sounds better louder and I love the crackle at high rpm. And the super 44 does sound very good, but I want to have that high rpm crackle and pop.
