If you plan to keep this truck, after you have tried the other items folks have posted, it certainly doesn't hurt to have a spare PCM. You can find used PCMs on eBay or off a donor vehicle from a junkyard or craigslist. Just be sure that the PCM part number matches the one you have on your truck.
