Default Mbrp exhaust 5" or 4"?

I am looking into putting a 5" Mbrp exhaust on my 2001 dodge ram 2500. I have heard that you will loose some power with a 5" exhaust system. I have an S&B intake and a pacbrake exhaust brake on my truck already. I tow horses a lot. I just want to know if i will loose power with a 5". How much i will loose and how bad will it affect my towing power. The reason for the 5" is that i want my truck to run cool because the exhaust brake really jacks up the temp. Any info will help. Thanks
