Default Pitman arm question.

Hey guys, I've got an 01 Ram 1500 4x4 5.9 quad cab. It's got a 4.5" Tuff Country lift at the moment. The rear fender well is exactly 2.5" taller than the front fender well. The front was done with a spacer on top of the coil spring. To avoid stacking spacers, I was going to buy a set of 7" lift coil springs, get a longer shock, and do away with the 4.5" spacers. In this process of researching.. I ran into people saying I needed a different pitman arm. Thoughts?

Yes a pitman arm with more drop should be used 3"-6" will work but 6" or more is better. What are you going to do about control arms and track bar? 4.5 " lift stuff will not work with 7" of lift. Good on you for not stacking spacers.
