engine swap
Make sure you swap injectors, the 94 injectors are different.
Also, make sure the PCM is NOT a Sport PCM if yours is not a sport, as it won't work, and make sure the injectors are off of a non-sport as well.

That crap is all the same.
Dodge was (is) so damn cheap I highly doubt they ever did that.
There is no power difference.
The injectors were like a fraction of a pound different rating.
Go to rockauto.com, they list two different injectors, and so does my parts interchange. One is for sport, one is for non-sport. Any rate, if we are going to keep debating this, put it in the giberish thread.

for the record... i have a 98 360 in my 01 with the original 5.2 computer. i had hemifever canned tunes on it before i got the custom tune, and it ran the 360 just fine.
edit: invest in a wideband sensor/gauge. it will help dial in a/f ratio once you get the 360 installed.

I am doing something similar and I have hit a dead end.
I have a 96 Ram 1500 with a 360 that the previous owner spun a rod bearing. I picked up a 94 318 from a Jeep Cherokee and everything swapped out until I got to hooking up the torque convertor, I have the flex plate from the 318 and 1 bolt hole is about 1/2 a bolt diameter out of alignment.
Can I use the flex plate off the 360 ? as it is now, It looks like I will have to pull the engine back out and start over.
