Default Surge at idle....still

So after I did the plenum, plugs, wires, coil, new cap and rotor, O2 censors, and found out my cat is good, my truck still surges at idle. although it does not happen all the time, it does happen almost every other day. I am lost and don't know were to go from here. also I feel it more once I put it in gear, I know that its because it is under a load. just looking for guidance

idle surge up and down, like 600-1500 up and down, up and down is likely caused by a bad TPS (throttle position sensor). about $45-50 at any parts store.

no it stays around 600, it feels more like a miss.

Which one is it? Miss or surge ? Two different things . Anywho, here is a write up on cleaning the IAC, please remove negative battery cable before performing that or any other cleaning or replacement of any sensor. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/dodge-r...n-the-iac.html

Im aware they are different. Its a surge.... as in when I am in gear, have my foot on the brake, it feels as if my truck is trying to hop forward. not a surge in RPM's.
