Default steering wheel to dash bolt size

Hello everyone. . I'm new to the site so hopefully I posted this in the right place;
I've got a 96 Ram 1500 that I just replaced the heater core on. Went to mount the steering column to the dash and my screws are gone. Would appreciate it greatly if someone could tell me what size these things are so I can finish the job.

There should be 2 studs mounted to the dash. Then 2 special nut's that have a rotating and notched washer attached to the nut(that hold the column to the dash). IIRC, the socket size for them is 10mm. Other than that, I do not know the thread size. I'd get the right ones. Don't want the column dropping down in your lap while driving.
