I'm pretty novice when it comes to wiring so I need help on this one. I installed some black projector headlights for my 2001 Sport and ever since I installed them my high beam indicator is on anytime I have my lights on. In order to pass inspection that has to be properly working so I could really use that working as I'm pretty far overdue on that. I also want to wire my fog lights to turn on with my headlights, both high and low beam, because they are not very bright at all.

sounds kinda like the relay for the high beams is gettin constant power. take the relay out thats under the hood, and see if the indicator goes out. if it does then at least you know where to start. will have to trace the wiring back and see why its stayin on constant.

Did you install them yourself? Personally, I would remove the lights, wiring etc whatever else you did and put it back to stock. Get it inspected, then do some research into how to properly wire the lights the way you want them. Educate yourself.

There is a mod of how to use your fog lights with your high beams, you should be able to search foglight mod or something similar. I personally don't know, because mine are just wired into a toggle.

I know there is a difference between the sport and regular headlights, did you buy headlights specifically for the sport model? That may have something to do with it.

Yeah I installed them myself but we read up on them a lot prior to install, watched video from the manufacturer on installing, and followed a diagram that came with the lights exactly. Plus stock headlights are long gone. Person who owned the truck before me crashed the truck just hard enough to break the cover on both.

Yeah I made sure they were for the Sport, separate lights for high beams and low beams.
