Default Motor swap

My 99 broke a valve spring on #3 cylinder resulting in exhaust valve bent and wedged in the head. I'm trying to decide what to do with it. Find a used motor and do a complete swap or just do heads? The motor has 230,000 mi at present. The last compression test did showed all cylinder around 160, except #8 was at 130psi...burnt or bad valve seat. On wet test compression went 15psi on average and #7 went up 20psi. So, seems that the bottom is pretty worn out too. Everything else works, rear end done 2 years ago, transmission was rebuilt 50,000 ago.

I'd find a decent used engine, freshen that one up a bit, then yank the old engine out and drop the freshened one in.
