the O2 sensors are supposed to have 2 heater circuits in them to get them hot quickly. it the 2 white wires and they should have 12 volts on them when key is on.

the pcm somehow? determines that those heaters are not working. either by recognizing voltage or amp draw or the signal from the O2.

usually its just a failed O2, but if you've had a fire, verify that you have 12 volts on the whites.
