Default how to get it off?

I have sap all over my truck from parking under a tree, they're little speckles all over. The only thing i've cleaned are the windows. I just washed my truck 2 days ago, so i have really tried to get all of the sap off yet. What is the best way to get it off, warm water and soap???

Thanks

Go to your local auto parts store they should have some type of bug and tar remover that will do the trick, it also helps to kinda shine up your ride at the same time, I think turtle wax makes it. Hope that helps. I'm addicted to detailing my truck so any cleaning tips feel free to ask!

Soap and water with a little elbow grease is all that's needed. Bug and tar remover is pretty harsh, andif you ever use it, make sure to wax the area afterwards, because it strips off the wax.

Use can use mineral spirits, WD-40, GOO GONE, GOOF-OFF, all of these will work but be prepared to do a good wax job after.

Claybar....you should do the entire truck, then use the deep paint cleaner, polish, and wax. It's a pain to do, but the paint feels like glass when you're done.

I used warm water/car wash soap, didn't really even have to use much elbow grease, just came right off.
