Like I said, new drums and rotors should still be turned. And did you clean the protective coating off the drums with brakleen.

yes I did. I can't find the article now, but I read some where that it is possible that you might have to have abs reset? Also Most of the brake fluid ran out of the line when I had to replace a section.

Bleed them some more. And I think a simple reset(negative battery cable removal) while you bleed them some more should work fine. You'd have lights if there was a fault.
