Default Not shifting correctly

I have a 98 ram with recently rebuilt 46re transmission. Been doing fine after rebuild about 6 months ago. Was driving the other day and all of a sudden the overdrive turns off, the light on the dash where you manually turn overdrive off lit up without me turning it on. I pull over turned the truck off and started it back and further issue. Few days later and now it dont want to shift correctly. Shifts from 2/3 at about 2800 rpms and shifts hard then want shift into Overdrive until i let off the gas. A couple time after shifting into overdrive it would drop out and then back in again. No light on dash.

I have already checked Fluid (in neutrel), fuse and swapped relay with all being good. Also I can manually turn overdrive on and off with the shifter switch so don't think that's bad either. I replaced output speed sensor didn't fix issue. Should fluid be in hole where speed sensors is located? Mine had fluid.

Any suggestions on where to go from here
What's next the gov pressure sensor or something major?

Forgot one thing I just put new tire on and went up 2 sizes installed 285/75/16 now my speedometer is off. Could this be an issue.

HELP!!!!

Adjust your TV cable, see if that doesn't help.

Adjust TV cable to OEM spec first and see if it helps, then try the bionic dodge route. I doubt either will help, worth a shot. A rebuild 6 months ago ? Bring it back, was the check valve removed and lines cleaned out? A 2 to 3 shift problem usually indicates bad Gov senors. Were they replaced with the recommended parts? I suggest you read the sticky (montec's trans corner) and go from there.

Update...I adjusted TV cable and that fixed the issue. Now shifting great but I do have one more question. What is the recomended shift RPM, I'm shifting at 2200 RPMS don't want to cause any other issues.

Depends on how hard you are stepping on the gas.

I've always gone by slow steady acceleration, 1-2 around 15mph, 2-3 around 25 to 30, then I know I'm not causing any damage. but yeh that will change if your stomping on it. When my transmission guy drives with his scanner to do a diagnosis he always does a steady increase on the foot feet while watching the data.
