Default misfireing?

okay so over the weekend i changed my plugs, when i was done my idol was screwed up and i figured out 2 of the wires were swapped and fixed it. now my check engin light which used to always be on solid (pretty sure its for 02 scensor) flashes intermittently when im driving and earlier it sounded like it backfired 3 times (not all at once). that was right when i got done hauling a couple hundred pound load and restarted the truck after unloading. does anyone know what could cause this? i didnt change the wires but im about to just do that and sensors and see if things change

if its backfiring out the pipes then normally that means its a rich condition... if it was only a couple times i wouldnt be worried, unless it starts doing it more, and then id be looking at the cat getting clogged.

you have a 318. with a clockwise rotating rotor. on all chrysler V8s you can easily mix the #5 and #7 wires. heres a rule my dad came up with. #5 is always be fore #7 . and try to NOT run the two wires parallel with each other, cross them at 90 degrees.

Thanks a lot, I drove it afterwords and it seemed fine.. you were right on the money tho, I switched 5 and 7 cause I was looking at them for a while and there like the only 2 that are the same length
