Default Power Steering Leaking in Swtich/Sensor

I am working on a 2000 Ram truck with a 318 motor. It has a PS leak from the high pressure hose. After thoroughly cleaning the entire hose and rack to see where the leak came from, we found that the leak was from a electrical switch that is teed off for high pressure hose. We ran the truck without the connector and after 10 minutes of idling and turning the wheel, the switch would start to fill up, it was obvious the the PS fuild was comnig throught the switch and causing the mess on the hoses.

Here is the rub. We go to the local dodge dealer and get a new switch and install it ($31!!). Making sure not to squish and distort the o-ring. The new switch is leaking the same way! I am confused now on why the new switch and the old one would leak through? Any ideas?
