Default Weird Slight Creak?

I doubt this to be anything big, as it is only annoying lol, but a few weeks ago it seemed to of gotten louder after I had the brakes changed and joints greased up with a grease gun, but I get a very audible creak from what sounds like the left side of my truck when i make a left turn and straighten out, its only when i straighten out after making a left turn, not right. I am thinking it could be a control arm bushing, or I didn't have the right joint greased up, as I said before though, it only seems to do it when straightening the wheels after a left turn only while driving, I can reproduce the sound with car on an still if I take the steering wheel and tilt it left and right over and over. Any ideas?

Lube everything on the front end good, and see if it goes away.

Make sure caliper bolts are tight.
