IAC Problems?
I have a 1995 dodge ram 1500 5.9 l v8. When I'm idling and the A/C compressor turns on it idles good and at low RPMS. But when the compressor shuts off the RPMS jump up from 600 to about 900-1000. I've done some research and I found it could be the Plenum leaking or the IAC (Idle Air Control) needs cleaning or changing. Please help!

try cleaning the TB and IAC. Disconnect negative battery cable before doing so.
