Default centering steering wheel

so while doing my balljoints, i noticed that my tie rod ends were shot, so i've decided to go all out and get all moog inner and outer tie rods, along with a rancho steering stabilizer.

before I started putting everything back together, i measured to make sure the old vs new are the same exact length. Now, while im putting it all together, just setting it up to make sure its correct, I noticed that my wheels are pointed straight, even though my steering wheel is upside down. before I took the old tie rod out of the pitman arm, i turned the wheel max left so that I can reach it easier...

now I would like to center the steering wheel, because it would bother me too much.

thanks for all the help! one day i could contribute with something useful... but for now, im just a guy trying to learn to do stuff.

oh and P.S. **** the CAD. I tried to open it so I can put the pass side axle back in, and now all 4 bolts snapped before I could even turn them. Now i'm left with 4 bolts sticking out of the axle, and nothing seems to get them moving. i've been fighting them for 2 days already.

Adjust the turnbuckle on the drag link

on the cad bolts. if they are sticking out that's good - use a plumber's propane torch and heat the bolts up. they will stretch and come out with a good pair of vise grips. if they are recessed in the hole, you'll have to drill the f****ers out.

edit - if vise grips won't hold them, grind flat spots on opposite sides.
