Stalled After Rebuild, Now No Start

Pulled plugs again, starting to blacken, covered in fuel. Verified injector pulse and fuel pressure of 48 psi. Verified spark at coil, and plugs.

I turned the engine and set to #1 TDC, pulled the dist cap, and checked to see where the rotor is pointing to #2 or one back from where is should be. How would this happen being there is only a little slot in the oil pump I shaft? How would this have jumped?

Also how do I correct this, remove and re-index the oil pump I shaft?

Or, you could just turn the distributor body...... I don't know if it has a 'notch', or something similar because it only wants to be mounted one way.... If it does, yeah, re-index the pump drive, and drop it back in.
