Default Fuel pressure relief

Id been having problems with my O2 sensors and running bad. Water pump decided to leak this morning, magnet test said plenum was stock. So I decided I would tear down the whole top and replace all gaskets/sensors etc.

Silly me forgot to release the fuel pressure. What are my options as I'm down to pulling the fuel rails? Everything is off, TB/alt/ac/brackets/water pump.

Dist and plugs/wires are still on.

I just disconnect the fuel line. You'll get a little fuel leaking out but that is it. Good luck on your teardown and putting it back together. If you need to ask something don't hesitate to ask. There is always someone here willing to offer some help.

get the rail off?
sometimes when the pressures on, that can make the release harder to do!
you dont have a shrader valve on the rail.
just charge one injector with a 9v battery, this holds open the selonoid and relieves the pressure.

There is a valve on drivers side rail midway I believe.....kinda looks like a valve stem cap.

Yeah, that's the test port. Works just like a tire valve stem. You can poke something in there to release pressure in a more controlled fashion than just disconnecting the line.
