Welcome to DF. Bolded your problem...lol...sounds like something got wet. How bad was the mud? You got it caked everywhere? Did it get into the engine compartment? Have you cleaned it off?

Welp, I'd start by cleaning everything off. Then start disconnecting connectors and cleaning/drying them. Maybe distributor cap, wires, etc. Not that familiar with a V10 so maybe some others will chime in but obviously something got wet that was not supposed to get wet if it ran fine before.

I would check the fuse center in the engine bay. Maybe it's slap full of mud...

if it has a dist cap like a small block or big block. it might have a vent, IE hole, in the cap, if so plug the vent with JB-weld.

ABS and brake is from the rear diff speed sensor. Probably got some deposits on it from spinning the tires in the mud and the metal suspended in the gear oil sticking to the sensor.

Well boys turns out there leaving your battery un hooked all night worked, even got a truck wash today so hopefully that works now

Last night my truck threw these codes

P0505
P0144

Dont know what the p0144 means it threw that code before but cleared it and shown up a week later. Also if a OX sensor is out does that kill your gas more?
