Default Misfire #6 Cylinder

I just bought a 99 Ram 5.9L 360. The guy had it sitting in his back yard for a couple months without really moving it at all. It has 150,000 miles on it. On the way home the check engine turned on, I plugged my code reader into it and it said misfire on #6 cylinder and somting about the ABS and ECU. The plug wires seem to be pretty old, like probably the original ones. keeping a tight budget in mind whats the best steps to take?

Sorry I missed this one.... Moving to the correct section.

if the ignition parts are of questionable age, replace them. Also, read the plenum sticky at the top of the tech forum. (where this thread should now be.)

Always buy a premium cap and rotor. Those get moisture in them so easily. Another thing to consider is injectors.
