Upper shift Module location on 2001 V10 2500

Hey everyone, where is the location of the upper electronic shift module on a 2001 ram 2500 4WD with a V10? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Upper electronic shift module? PCM controls the trans via three solenoids, and a sensor in the trans. What is your trans not doing?
