I have put in a winter thermostat and did a heater core flush

Verify the winter thermostat is compatible with your truck's muffler bearings.

Clogging heater core... Stupid thing. Just force cleaned my core again. Filled it with Apple cider vinegar and let it sit for a couple of hours. Used air compressor to force evacuate after filling with water a few times. Not perfect but is 10 times better than before.
