So for Christmas the gf got me a Pyle PWD701 security system. My truck does apparently have a preexisting keyless entry system, just not the key fobs(lost). I plan on using the ones from the kit anyway. So my question is, how would I go about this? A lot of splicing and plugging in?

 

If you get everything wired up and ready you might be able to get a dealer to setup your key fobs to work on the factory keyless system, not sure though.

 

It came with a new box though. I guess I'm asking if there's wiring already done or if I'd have to rip out the old

 

It would probably be less headache I just rip out the stock stuff and start fresh with the aftermarket.
