Default 99 Ram 1500 Heater core issues

My son has a Ram 1500 4x4 that has a new t-stat, radiator core and has had the heater core flushed with CLR. Heat was fine last nite but today when he drove home from work had no heat at all. Engine temp was fine but both sides of heater core were cold when he checked it. It was -9 this morning with a wind chill of -25.

Any ideas?

FYI: Found problem. Went and looked at it this afternoon after he woke up and found air in system. Radiator was alittle low and was air locked on heater core. Works like a champ now.
