had a transmission replaced and now dash is out and battery won't charge - is it the computer or wire harness?

 

Is ALL the dash out? Most of it is driven directly off the sensors. Sounds like harness got pinched between engine and trans.

 

I think the whole dash is out - the mechanic up in the mountains told me I don't know for sure. If its not the wire then it's the computer right? should I order a new wire? is there a reputable place to order a remanufactured PCM?
