Default trucks stalls/ almost stalls when shifting from rev to drive

I gotta 95 1500 not exactly sure what tranny but when i go from rev to drive the truck sometimes stalls out now im not sure why exactly i think it may ave something to do with the torque converter or a selanoid possible trans filter clogging idk. also sometime when im accelerating it seems to lag power and then it feels like it suddenly gets power and pushes forward. and info is good info thank you.

p.s yes i know i ask alot of questions lol

Have you done your plenum yet?

Cleaned the throttle body? How old is your air filter?

mine was doing that last winter. but going from anything into reverse. was fine in drive..

after swapping various parts it was the Crank sensor. ive seen a couple threads on here with stalling in reverse and drive, ive mentioned the crank sensor in one or two of them and it solved the problem. after my experience with it and also a issue w/a buddy at work's vehicle that would be one of the first things I would look at from now on..

parts I went thru:
IAC
Cleaned throttle body/new gasket
upstream o2
TPS
I think i'm missing a thing or two, my thread is floating around here somewhere. I kept it updated.

also the crank sensor will lag the truck, loss of power, ect..

it is a pain in the *** to change, not hard, mostly aggravation. just in a tight spot. it is good to have a extra hand on this job and a flexible small mirror.

I had the same exact issue on a 95 ram and it was a clogged transmission filter. I changed the filter/fluid and it never did it again. It would stall or almost stall from park/neutral to drive or reverse.
