Kinda. If you pull the vent hose off, its a nipple with a hex down toward the little block, six-point deep-well socket, and chemicals... are your friend.

 

The vent tube indeed has a nut. It threads through the block.

Gotta get a wrench on it. I can't remember the size at the moment.

Clean it off with so pb blaster or wd-40 or whatever so you can see what you're doing
