Default securing(anti theft) camper shell

OK I just bought a month ago my truck. It has a security shell on it. there was a window in the back. Thieves demolished the "security" glass panel on the back. I live apparently in a high crime area My last vehicle and tools were stolen I just managed to replace them. I was curious if any one has any sugestions on how to remedy this?

the doors lock well on the shell. It would take more crowbar than the agerage person can do to pry them open. and i will be replacing the "window" with lexan and bars.

I guess my question is what kinda alarms or other theft deterant measures i can take to keep my tools safe and keep earing a living.

so far I have looked at

a Video camera set up in it for post event identification

an alarm but i don't know what kind for the shell

Rigging booby traps, in an effort to secure private property, is opening yourself to a negligence lawsuit regardless if the offender's purpose is innocent or nefarious. The District Attorney may also be filing charges against you, as well.

yeah im in the process of trying to move. long personal story aside I cant right now.

Since my tools have been stolen so close together it is not an option to move right now when I just was able to enter back into my lively hood.

and yeah i know civil liability is crazy. but if i don't work i don't eat.

but thanks for the help

I take it you have stuff between the two side pieces as well?

Securing the back door is going to be interesting.

Got a shot from the back?
