You are looking at the transmission, clutch pedals, master cylinder, slave cylinder, all the lines in between... Make sure you have the pilot bearing, pressure plate, and Flywheel (and clutch).... As for the t-case, depends on the spline count and even then you can actually buy an adapter or different t-case drive gear. I recommend a junk truck to get the parts off. I'm working on the same project as we speak with a nv4500

MIne is a 2wd nv4500. So far $600 for trans, pedals, lines, flywheel, clutch, and plate. All I got left to get is a 4x4 Mainshaft, pilot bearing, rear housing, and maybe a T-case main gear (to get the spline count back to 29)... That will be around $300. Check local salvage yards or truck farms.

Its not worth it...I hate automatics, but its hard to find a Manual transmisson fly wheel, ect in a wrecking yard, its better to buy a complete running Manual truck, you also need a drive shaft ( automtics and standard transmisson drive shafts are not the same )

Thiers lots of older CTD with Manual transmissons if you want to give up the gasser, if the Automatic is toast, a Rebuilt is lot cheaper than rebuilding manual transmisson parts and re fabbing up a truck.

Almost forgot. We got a Dodge ram with a 4x4 5 speed just down the road. The guy is selling it $2800.

You can get a manual NV4500 from a diesel. And then just swap input shafts to the lower gasser spline count. It's like 100 bucks tops

And you get a bigger main shaft that can withstand a sh1tton of torque.

I am going to do this swap one day. To hell with the slushbox
