Default Paint question

Have a 2003 dodge, and its red with grey on the bottom half of it, does anyone know how much it would cost to paint just the bottom half red?? Or if it is even possible ?

Of course it's possible. Take it to a body shop, and get an estimate. They do them for free.

I have another question i just took off the chrome fender pieces and it left a little bit of black residue and will not wash off, is there anything that will take it off without messing the paint up ?

If it is just some variety of adhesive, go to the parts store, and get an eraser wheel. Goes into your drill, or some such, and basically rubs the stuff off. Careful though, it IS possible to burn the paint with it. Don't spend too much time on one area, move it around a fair bit, taking a little off at a time.
