Default Help!! Front bottom shakes/loose

Need help with my truck!! During my state hunt it was raining like hell,
And got to a hill with a pot hole and truck slides in it,
Made it out and all od a sudden hitting so rough terrain my front (somewhere under the engine) and drivers foot felt like something was loose,
So i check all the suspension and it was just fine, drove it again and starts knocking , something to do with the suspension,, any advice would be great

Check the front driveshaft. (I assume you were in 4x4)

Look for mud caked in places it shouldn't be.

Don't use 4x4. If it's really bad, stop driving it altogether. If one those joints gives up, other stuff breaks as well, and it gets expensive in a hurry.
