Some are 12 months or 12000 miles. You would think if it was on the border, they would warranty it!

i found out the shop that built my transmission, there out of business now so no the warranty is a no go. Its gonna cost about 700 for it to be rebuilt.

$700 is WAY cheap for a rebuild. I'd almost question the quality of that rebuild...

not really. i didn't completely trash my transmission all i did was snap the band on second gear ( got really lucky) so all that is getting replaced is the clutch pack and the second gear band. everything thing else is fine.

it would cost 1400 for a new transmission. I cant go back with a stock OEM transmission because ill strip the transmission. im putting out too much power so i have to have a modified performance one. and im providing the parts that's for the disassemble, fix, and reassemble and put back.
