Yeah. Being up here in Maine with the weather being whatever it wants to be, I can never plan out a day to work work on it unfortunately. The dist cap gave me a lot of problems yesterday and today, rain, so tomorrow or maybe Wednesday it'll be changed.

I would bet it's safe to say this cap has been on since factory, if not closer to the year it was made.

I don't know about that. It had corrosion on cylinder 8 pillar and underneath one of the contacts, there was a gap that I have reason to believe was letting moisture in when it rains.
