Default fuel pressure

I replaced my fuel pump last weekend and since then I have had trouble getting my truck started in the mornings. It asts like there is no fuel in the line. After turning it over for a few minutes it finally gets fuel and starts. (ruffly) and then smooths out. Does anyone know what would cause this and how to fix the problem? PLEASE HELP?

Sounds like you got a pump with a bad regulator on it.
What brand did you buy?
