Default Scary oil color!

Please don't be what I'm afraid of... Ok, I have a Dodge Ram 1500, 5.9 liter engine. Anyway, I bought the truck for cheap knowing it needed work. The oil was a light colored milkshake... Anyway, I rebuilt the engine, new bearings, rings, oil pump, new Odessa heads, aluminum plate on the plenum, water pump, etc... I got it started and took it to a shop to get the fuel system synced, it sat in his lot for 6 weeks... He claims he lined up the distributor, but it still ran rough. Transmission gave me huge problems getting it to his shop, and problems getting it back. Truck wouldn't idle. Mechanic thought I did well with the rebuild. I'm thinking the mechanic might not really know how to do a fuel sync on the truck because it wouldn't idle. For some reason, I let my dad drive it, and were at a red light, the truck makes a louse grinding noise, then the transmission was total crap getting it home again. I decided to drive it to the dealership to have it synced. Anyway, my tranny slipped out of gear (into nothing, wouldn't move) 8 times in 2 miles, keep in mind, it won't idle either. Finially, the truck stalled out on me on a major road. Cops came and yelled at me, but helped me get the truck to the side of the road. Called a tow truck and had it towed home. This was in December. Then the snow came, and it was too cold, too much ice and snow to work on the truck outside. I would occassionally go outside and start it, but now it won't start. I did a compression test a couple of weeks ago, 160-165 on all cylinders. truck won't start... Today, I went and took a look at it, still won't start, but I checked my oil first, and it looks like a light colored milk shake... I took pictures, but photobucket not's working right now, so I'll have to post later. Is it possible I have this from condensation from it sitting all winter? or is my engine shot again?

Sounds like maybe a head gasket or timing cover gasket leaking coolent into the block ? I just did mine last sept and you have to be careful and make sure they line up right !
