Default No-power power steering

I replaced my power steering pump before winter and everything has been fine...until yesterday. I've pretty much lost all power unless I'm on the throttle, if I put it in neutral and rev it a little it gets easier but makes an awful squeeling. I checked the fluid and there was quite a bit of pressure when I loosened the cap, I'm not sure how much pressure there should be anyways if any. It wasn't really low but I went ahead and topped it off. Still didn't help. Since the pump is still under warranty I'm temped to just replace it anyways but could it be something else? What should I check out?

Replace the pump first, and flush out the system. See if that helps.

Just replaced the pump the other day since it was still warrantied. Flushed the system at the same time. Fixed it right up! Thanks
